DRY NOTES | Summer musical tastings
3 june, 18 june and 2 july 2024
A series of three summer musical tastings marked the arrival of the beautiful season at OPOS. These diverse musical encounters ranged from experimental electronic genres to a repertoire of contemporary classical music for cello and piano, and culminated in pure jazz. There were three evenings in total, featuring tastings of craft beers and wines, presented by their respective producers. Framing these unique events were the DRY, monochromatic canvases created by artist Giorgio Bernasconi, presented in groups of three. Hence the name of the mini festival DRY NOTES, curated by Andrea Meregalli and Dora Casadio, which took place in three different sessions on June 3rd and 18th, and July 2nd, 2024, within the spaces of OPOS.
The festival’s structure stems from the idea that entertainment can be an opportunity to transform conscious consumption into culture, offering quality through the layering of moments, fields, and different disciplines. In this way, even moments of enjoyment can become enriching and educational experiences.
